I have over 20 years of workforce leadership experience in the non-profit sector and I run a small business.

In the non-profit sector, I served as Regional Manager of Preparedness for the American Red Cross and am well-versed in the needs of nonprofits:

Created marketing collateral for preparedness programs.

Developed and managed education programs.

Recruited and supervised a staff & volunteer workforce.

Sold emergency preparedness products and services to local businesses.

I run my own business and I know first-hand the amount of work it takes to build brand awareness and let the world know who you are and what you have to offer.

“What are your rates?”

 I work on a flat fee basis. I can send you my fee schedule.  

"Will you provide a quote prior to starting the project?

Yes, once we've hosted a meeting to discuss your project, I will email you a quote within 24 hours. 

“What are your payment terms?”

 I require 50% of the total project fee up front.  The balance is due when the project is delivered.

“Does your fee include revisions?”

Yes. All projects include two rounds of revisions.  

“Are there additional fees if I am requesting an expedited deadline?”

If your project requires service delivery in 5 business days or less, then a 25% fee is added to the total cost. 

“How soon are you available?”
